ATLANTA -- A complaint filed against former Columbia County Tax Commissioner Kay Allen before the Georgia Campaign Finance & Transparency Commission was dismissed Wednesday in a 3-1 vote.

Georgia, South Carolina officials meet to discuss Interstate 20 bridge over Savannah River

Plans call for widening the bridge to three traffic lanes in each direction as well as adding a little elbow room to each of the lanes. There were 26 crashes with 23 injuries and a single fatality from 2011-13.
