I'm almost halfway there - 6.2 miles

I ran 4.5 miles in October. Every attempt to run a longer distance ended in failure. I had to make some changes to my training routine. I went on a very strict no-fat diet, which calmed down my cranky gallbladder. I spent less time in the gym lifting weights and more time running. The results have been pretty dramatic. Last week I ran 3.8 miles on a treadmill, ran 6.2 miles on the road, walked 8 miles along the Augusta Canal and finished the week with a 4.75-mile run/walk on hills.
