Ms. Norman, an internationally acclaimed operatic soprano, travels the globe performing recitals, operatic portrayals, and appearing with symphony orchestras and chamber musicians. London company bringing 'Die Fledermaus' to Aiken

The London City Opera will perform Die Fledermaus at 8 p.m. Saturday at the University of South Carolina Aiken's Etherredge Center as part of the school's ongoing cultural series. Die Fledermaus, composed by Johann Strauss II, is an operetta -- or opera-lite, if you will.
