WAYNESBORO, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Owens Womack, 81, of Aycock Drive, died Wednesday, July 17, 2002, at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital, Augusta. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, July 19, 2002, at DeLoach Funeral Home Chapel, Waynesboro with G. P. Stroud officiating. Interment will be in Burke Memorial Gardens, Waynesboro. Mrs. Womack was a native of Screven County, Ga., and had made Burke County her home since September 1986. She was non-denominational and attended Burke Haven Chapel. She was a homemaker.
