EVANS, Ga. - Raymond C. Bard, Ph.D., 84, of Owens Road, Evans, entered into rest Saturday, February 22, 2003 at the Medical College of Georgia Hospital. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 28, at 1 p.m. in the Georgia Room at Brandon Wilde with Chaplain Ron Etheredge officiating. Survivors are his beloved wife, Helen (Cofer) McKinney Bard; five children, Raymond V.
