Venable of Beech Island, Michael Venable of Alabama and Kenneth Venable of Langley; a sister, Versie Marsh of Carthage, N.C. and a brother Wesley Venable of Sanford, N.C.; 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Venable was born in Surrey County, Virginia to the late John and Minnie Simpson Venable.
