Clinton to visit - Secret Service already here

Secret Service agents will start securing the Augusta State University PE/Athletic Complex this morning where President Clinton is expected to speak Wednesday, a Secret Service spokesman said. The president will lead a roundtable on education reform and give a speech at the university's athletic complex on Wrightsboro Road to plug his national HOPE scholarship proposal, the White House announced. Education Secretary Richard Riley and Gov. Zell Miller are expected to accompany Mr. Clinton on his first Augusta visit as president.
