AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Mary Purvis Andrews, age 81, beloved wife of James J. Andrews, Sr., of 62 years, entered into rest on Thursday, September 11, 2003, at Westwood Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2003, at 11 a.m., at Reid Memorial Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Newlin and Rev. Dr. G. Daniel McCall officiating. Interment will be in Westover Memorial Park. Mrs. Mary Andrews was born in Thomson and lived in Augusta the past 67 years.
