AUGUSTA, Ga. - Entered into rest at the Westwood Nursing Center Evans, GA on January 31, 2005, Mrs. Marjorie B. Claypool wife of Mr. Charles Sammy Claypool, Sr. of Augusta. Mrs. Claypool lived in this areas most of her life and was a Charter Member of the Burns Memorial United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held in Hillcrest Memorial Park on Thursday, February 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Bill Burch officiating. Family and friends will meet at the graveside. Family will receive friends at the funeral home today from 3 until 6 p.m., Wednesday, February 2, 2005.
WASHINGTON, Ga. - Charlotte Burnett Hendry, 78, of Washington, died Saturday night at Wills Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Resthaven Cemetery with Rev. Ryan Seawright and Rev. Chip Wilson officiating. Pallbearer are Jerry Hackney, Bill Hopkins Jr., Jay Hendry, Chad Aycock, Sam Bufford and Matt Engen. Mrs. Hendry was a native of Royston, Ga. and a retired secretary. She was a past Matron of the Booker Garrard Chapter of the Eastern Star, a member of the Washington First United Methodist Church and a member of the Womens Guild there. Mrs.
